How we count

Which companies. UK-headquartered, venture-backed startups that have raised a priced round (Series A or later), from two lists: a curated pilot list and companies that raised between September 2025 and September 2026.

Where the jobs come from. Every morning we read each company's own job board (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Personio, Teamtailor and others). A role counts as new on the first day we see it and as closed on the first day it disappears.

What's not included. Companies that only hire through LinkedIn or email, and roles posted only on recruiters' sites. Some companies list roles outside the UK; use the “UK-based roles only” filter to exclude them.

Accuracy. If a board fails to load, its roles are kept open rather than counted as closed. If a board suddenly shows no roles, we wait a second day before closing them.
